Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Mobilitydetox provides refunds for consultations, educational products, and structured programs purchased through mobilitydetox.world.

1. Overview

At Mobilitydetox, we strive to deliver high-quality informational nutrition lifestyle consultations and educational content. We understand that circumstances change, and this policy provides clear guidelines for requesting refunds across our service categories.

This policy applies to all purchases made directly through our website or by contacting our team at service@mobilitydetox.world or +1 212-420-9020. Third-party platform purchases may be subject to the refund policies of those respective platforms.

All refund requests are evaluated individually and processed in accordance with the terms outlined below and applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Consultation Services

2.1 Single Consultation Sessions

If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, the following terms apply:

  • More than forty-eight hours before the session: Full refund or free rescheduling at your choice
  • Between twenty-four and forty-eight hours before the session: Fifty percent refund or one free rescheduling within thirty days
  • Less than twenty-four hours before the session: No refund; rescheduling available for a fifteen dollar administrative fee
  • No-show without prior notice: No refund; session fee is forfeited

2.2 Consultation Packages

Multi-session packages purchased at a bundled rate may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions, minus a ten percent administrative fee, provided the refund request is made within fourteen days of purchase and no more than one session has been completed.

2.3 Completed Sessions

Consultation sessions that have already been delivered are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with a completed session, contact us within seven days to discuss the concern. We may offer a complimentary follow-up session at our discretion but do not provide monetary refunds for completed services.

3. Educational Products

Digital educational products, including guides, reference charts, seasonal produce calendars, and pantry checklists, are subject to the following refund terms:

  • Digital downloads: Refund available within seven days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded or accessed. Once downloaded, digital products are non-refundable due to their nature as instantly deliverable content.
  • Printed materials: Refund available within fourteen days of delivery if items are returned in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.
  • Bundle purchases: If a bundle includes both digital and physical components, the refund is calculated based on the individual item values and the access status of each component.

To request a refund for an educational product, email service@mobilitydetox.world with your order number, purchase date, and reason for the request.

4. Programs

4.1 Six-Week Diversity Program

Enrollment in structured programs is subject to the following refund schedule:

  • Before program start date: Full refund minus a five percent processing fee
  • During Week 1: Seventy-five percent refund if requested within the first seven days of the program
  • During Week 2: Fifty percent refund if requested before completing Week 2 materials
  • After Week 2: No refund available; participants retain access to all remaining program materials

4.2 Program Transfers

If you are unable to participate in a scheduled program, you may transfer your enrollment to a future program start date at no additional cost, provided the transfer request is made at least seven days before the original start date. One transfer is permitted per enrollment.

5. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request, follow these steps:

  1. Email service@mobilitydetox.world with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your full name, order or booking reference number, purchase date, and a brief explanation of your request
  2. Our team will acknowledge your request within two business days and review it against this policy
  3. If approved, you will receive confirmation via email with the refund amount and expected processing timeline
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase

Refund processing times vary by payment method:

  • Credit and debit cards: Five to ten business days after approval
  • Bank transfers: Seven to fourteen business days after approval
  • Digital payment platforms: Three to seven business days after approval

6. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We recognize that exceptional situations may arise. The following circumstances may qualify for refunds outside standard policy terms, evaluated on a case-by-case basis:

  • Medical emergencies preventing participation, supported by documentation when available
  • Technical failures on our platform that prevented access to purchased digital content for more than forty-eight consecutive hours
  • Duplicate charges resulting from payment processing errors
  • Service cancellation initiated by Mobilitydetox due to consultant unavailability

Requests based on dissatisfaction with general informational content, unmet personal expectations, or perceived lack of results from following our educational guidance do not qualify for refunds, as our services are informational in nature and individual outcomes vary.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue through our refund process may result in suspension of future service access.

If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to provide transaction records, communication history, and service delivery documentation to the payment processor to substantiate the charge.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation. Residents of the European Union may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Directive, including a fourteen-day cooling-off period for distance contracts, subject to exceptions for services that have been fully performed with your prior consent.

New York State residents may have additional protections under New York General Business Law. California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act.

If you believe your consumer rights have not been respected, you may contact your local consumer protection agency or data protection authority in addition to reaching out to us directly.

9. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our service offerings, pricing structures, or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is published. Purchases made before a policy change remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
